We do not accept any returns. Items you purchased CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
For manufacturing defects, you can request a replacement. Request for replacement is accepted within 7 days from the shipped date. Describe the defect to info@costumejewelry1.com including your order number and contact information. One of our customer service representatives will contact you. Please note that we securely bubble wrap every piece before shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping damage.
All returned items are subject to inspection. If it is deemed to be defective, an exact replacement will be shipped to you. Your return shipping cost will be reimbursed to the original form of payment used for purchase. You must use FedEx GROUND shipping in order to receive full refund. If other service is used, only the amount FedEx ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
For international addresses: Please use FedEx international economy. If any international priority shipping is used, only the amount FedEx international economy would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
Our store address is not for return. Please do NOT send any items to the store. Any returned items to the store will be discarded. - Delivery & Help

Please keep in mind that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. Orders will be delivered by FedEx.

For protection, we may refuse to ship the order if the shipping address is unconfirmed.

International Addresses
We ship to international addresses and will contact you for international shipping fee. Customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.
